1-Year Direct Replacement Promise

At Fitzap, we want every customer to feel confident when purchasing from us.

Every Fitzap watch comes with a 1-year direct replacement promise for quality-related issues. If your device has a confirmed manufacturing defect or quality-related issue within one year of receiving your order, we will help arrange a replacement unit.

We do not require repairs for approved quality issues. If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement solution.

Replacement Eligibility

You may request a replacement within 12 months of receiving your order if:

  • The product has a quality-related issue or malfunction

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • The issue is not caused by misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modification

All replacement requests are reviewed and approved by our support team.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Please contact our support team before sending any item back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, return shipping fees or other related shipping costs may vary by country or region and may be the responsibility of the customer.
